These Terms of Service govern the use of Crocodile Sports Academy’s website, WhatsApp channel, enquiry forms and related digital services. Separate registration forms, venue rules, programme terms and payment policies may also apply to academy services.
1. Use of our services
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. Parents or guardians are responsible for information and instructions provided for minors.
2. Enquiries and recommendations
Class, programme and trial recommendations are based on the information available at the time. Availability, coach assignment, lane allocation and schedules may change before final confirmation.
3. Registration and participation
A swimmer is not considered fully registered until the academy completes its required registration and administrative clearance process. Participation remains subject to programme rules, safety requirements, venue access and capacity.
4. Health and safety
Parents or guardians must disclose relevant medical, behavioural, accessibility or safety information before participation. The academy may pause or refuse participation where reasonably necessary for safety.
5. Prices, offers and payments
Only prices, discounts and offers formally approved by the academy are valid. Automated messages, draft quotations or staff discussions do not override an approved written price or policy.
6. Communications
By contacting us, you consent to receiving replies and service communications through the channel you used. Promotional communications are sent only where permitted and may be stopped on request.
7. Intellectual property
Our name, branding, website content, documents, training materials and system content may not be copied or used without permission, except for personal use related to academy services.
8. Service availability
Digital services may be unavailable due to maintenance, platform outages, venue restrictions or circumstances outside our control. We will take reasonable steps to restore service.
9. Limitation and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the academy is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on incomplete, outdated or unconfirmed information.
