This page explains how to request deletion of information associated with your use of Crocodile Sports Academy’s website, WhatsApp channel or connected Meta services.
How to request deletion
- Email info@crocodileswimming.com.
- Use the subject line: Personal Data Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, the phone number used to contact the academy and the swimmer/family name connected to the request.
- Describe the information or account you want deleted.
Identity verification
To protect customers and children, we may ask for additional information to verify that the requester is the parent, guardian, customer or authorised representative connected to the records.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge the request and review the relevant systems and records.
- Where appropriate, we will delete, anonymise or restrict the requested information.
- We may retain limited information where necessary for safety, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations or the resolution of disputes.
- Deletion from our operational systems may not immediately remove data retained in secure backups; backup data is removed or overwritten under the applicable retention cycle.
WhatsApp and Meta data
Deleting information from Crocodile’s systems does not automatically delete information controlled independently by Meta or WhatsApp. You may also need to use the privacy and account controls provided by those services.
